My client is a sub contractor accommodating the public and private sector, road construction and civil engineering contractors. It has been serving the Northeast of England for many years, and has good relations with both local and national construction and building companies.
The successful candidate must have relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying as well as experience in civils construction. Have the ability to manage a number of projects ranging in value from £100,000 - £2.5 million. Having the ability to work as part of a team but also the ambition to one day progress to Commercial Manager.
